二 | 两列挤奶机平稳运转,数十头荷斯坦奶牛依次步入挤奶位,耳标信息被智能识别系统自动读取,套杯、奶量计量、脱杯自动完成。生鲜乳顺着密闭管道直接进入低温储奶罐,全程实现零接触、可追溯。“搁以前,这个大厅得五六个工人连轴转,产量靠手工登记、健康靠眼判断,误差大还容易漏检出错。

三 | ”该公司总经理彭进告诉记者,2024年完成第三轮智能化升级后,挤奶环节仅需3人值守,不仅单头牛产奶数据精确到克,系统还能通过电导率变化提前预警乳房炎,做到早发现、早处置、少减产。智能化改造不仅在挤奶环节,而是贯穿养殖全链条。走进标准化牛舍,几乎闻不到刺鼻气味。环境自动监测系统24小时感知温度、湿度和氨气等气体浓度,屋顶的风机、栏杆旁的自动喷淋随数据变化自动启停,给奶牛营造舒适环境。每头奶牛脖子上,都套着一个蓝色智能项圈。

五 | ”彭进指着一头正低头进食的奶牛说,智能项圈集成多种传感器,能实时监测发情状态、反刍频次、躺卧时长等多项数据,可将发情揭发率提升至90%以上,连常见病都能提前1至3天预警。

六 | 喂料也告别了“凭手感添料”的日子。牛舍配套的全混合日粮(TMR)精准饲喂监控管理系统,会按奶牛不同生理阶段匹配饲料配方,配料误差控制在1%左右,远低于业内3%的考核标准。“再加上优化饲草结构、改用国产优质苜蓿,泌乳牛每头每天饲喂成本从2023年的112元降到2025年的68元。”彭进说。在牧场智慧管控中心,6块监控大屏占据一整面墙,牛舍环境、挤奶进度、饲喂数据、粪污处理等各环节一目了然。“我们对奶牛养殖生产全流程建立智能化管理系统,相当于整个牧场的‘数据大脑’。”彭进说,以前全场巡一圈得大半天,哪头牛状态不对全靠老经验;现在每头牛都有全生命周期的数字档案,生过什么病、产了多少奶、吃了多少料,点开就能查。在他眼里,智能化不只是省人力,更是把养殖从“估摸算账”变成“数据说话”。

七 | 如今的阿斯根,已跻身中国奶牛场12吨单产俱乐部,泌乳牛日均单产43公斤以上。这里培育的母牛犊单头售价比市场价高出1000到3000元,成了牧场新的利润增长点。这样的变化不仅发生在阿斯根一家牧场。目前,廊坊市15家奶牛场全部完成智能化改造,实现奶牛场智能化全覆盖。

八 | 智能化养牛,养出生鲜乳的高品质。廊坊市畜牧站负责人徐华介绍,目前全市生鲜乳平均乳脂率达4.19%、乳蛋白率达3.39%,两项核心指标均优于发达国家标准。本地奶源直供国内头部乳企高端产品线,全市15家牧场已全部与京津乳企、品牌商超签订合作协议。
