三 | ”该公司总经理彭进告诉记者，2024年完成第三轮智能化升级后，挤奶环节仅需3人值守，不仅单头牛产奶数据精确到克，系统还能通过电导率变化提前预警乳房炎，做到早发现、早处置、少减产。智能化改造不仅在挤奶环节，而是贯穿养殖全链条。走进标准化牛舍，几乎闻不到刺鼻气味。环境自动监测系统24小时感知温度、湿度和氨气等气体浓度，屋顶的风机、栏杆旁的自动喷淋随数据变化自动启停，给奶牛营造舒适环境。每头奶牛脖子上，都套着一个蓝色智能项圈。

五 | ”彭进指着一头正低头进食的奶牛说，智能项圈集成多种传感器，能实时监测发情状态、反刍频次、躺卧时长等多项数据，可将发情揭发率提升至90%以上，连常见病都能提前1至3天预警。

六 | 喂料也告别了“凭手感添料”的日子。牛舍配套的全混合日粮（TMR）精准饲喂监控管理系统，会按奶牛不同生理阶段匹配饲料配方，配料误差控制在1%左右，远低于业内3%的考核标准。“再加上优化饲草结构、改用国产优质苜蓿，泌乳牛每头每天饲喂成本从2023年的112元降到2025年的68元。”彭进说。在牧场智慧管控中心，6块监控大屏占据一整面墙，牛舍环境、挤奶进度、饲喂数据、粪污处理等各环节一目了然。“我们对奶牛养殖生产全流程建立智能化管理系统，相当于整个牧场的‘数据大脑’。”彭进说，以前全场巡一圈得大半天，哪头牛状态不对全靠老经验；现在每头牛都有全生命周期的数字档案，生过什么病、产了多少奶、吃了多少料，点开就能查。在他眼里，智能化不只是省人力，更是把养殖从“估摸算账”变成“数据说话”。
