B | 本次夜查共排查发现电动自行车违规停放充电9处、集中停放场所分隔不到位3处，对相关违规个人依法作出处罚。 二是强力推进“拆窗破网”行动，畅通生命通道。聚焦宾馆饭店、商场市场、医院养老院、九小场所、多业态混合经营场所等人员密集场所，重点排查疏散通道、安全出口占用堵塞问题，严查建筑外窗违规设置铁栅栏、违规安装广告牌遮挡逃生口、消防救援窗口设置不规范等隐患，整治消防车道、登高扑救场地违规占用、封堵等突出问题。当晚累计查处疏散通道出口不足或被占堵51处、门窗违规设置铁栅栏等障碍物8处、消防车道占用堵塞9处、登高扑救场地违规占用3处。 三是全面核查消防设施运行及岗位值守情况。严格检查各重点单位消防控制室24小时专人值班、持证上岗落实情况，细致排查消防管网供水压力、消火栓完好有效性、各类消防设施运行状态，及时发现整治设施损坏、停用、故障等问题。本次夜查共排查发现消防设施损坏停用1处、各类消防安全隐患174处，拟对1家隐患突出单位实施临时查封，累计拟处罚金额4.57万元，形成强有力消防整治震慑。 针对本次全域集中夜查工作，消防监督人员提示各单位：各属地、各单位要以此次夜查为契机，全面梳理汇总排查发现的各类隐患问题，细化整改措施、明确整改时限、压实整改责任，建立“排查-整改-复查”闭环管理机制。要常态化落实消防安全管理制度，持续开展隐患自查自纠，从源头化解各类消防安全风险，坚决守住消防安全底线，全力守护辖区群众生命财产安全与社会大局稳定。 在此消防部门提示，夏季昼夜温差大、空气干燥，火灾风险居高不下，消防安全不容忽视。广大商户及居民要切实履行消防安全主体责任，定期清理场所及楼道杂物、可燃物，保持疏散通道、安全出口全程畅通；严禁电动自行车进楼入户、私拉飞线充电，规范停放、集中充电；重点场所要定期维护检测消防设施器材，确保完好有效，严格落实24小时值班值守制度。
